RETURNS

You will not be able to return any perishable products such as meats however you can return any non-perishable item you must contact us on the day of delivery. Products eligible must be returned in the condition that you received them, with their original unopened packaging.

REFUNDS

You must notify us on the day of the delivery if you consider your order, or any part of your order not to be of the specification shown on our web site. As soon as we receive your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As soon as your return refund will be approved by our team. We will apply a credit voucher in the form of a gift card for the equivalent amount to your online account.
